CPL 2.0 RSS

Creating the Bloglines account seemed to be easy enough. "Really Simple Syndication" or RSS is an intriguing tool and I've always wondered what that little orange square was on some sites. I did set up a few feeds which are mostly news sites and one for 'Rotten Tomatoes'. It's important to remember to copy the URL for the actual RSS though and not just the website URL. (A few colleagues and I discovered this after we thought we had successfully set up our links). I can see that it could be convenient for some people and I'm glad I found out about it but I really prefer to go to the actual 'news' site rather than rely on the 'feeds' in Bloglines.
